Trade-Ins:
All instruments and bows are eligible for trade-in (instruments or bows purchased from others will be evaluated on a case by case situation.) You will enjoy up to 100% trade in value on all instruments and/or bows (minus rehair on bows) purchased from here with our parent company: www.marquisviolins.com
Strings and Rosins-
Please inspect your strings and rosins immediately upon receipt. Any unopened strings and rosins can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We are glad to refund your money exclude shipping charge.
All other items-
All products except for strings and rosins may be returned for a refund within 30 days of product purchase. You will receive a full refund for the price paid as long as the goods are returned in like-new condition and in the original packaging. Products must be returned for replacement or credit within 30 days of original product receipt. Shipping and handling charges, including the cost of return shipping, are non-refundable.
If you wish to return an item in which you initially paid no shipping charges, there will be an additional restocking fee as shown below:
Bows and bow cases - $8.00
Violins and violas - $15
Cellos - $35
Violin and viola cases - $15
Cello cases - $35
Please include your sales receipt with return items.
Damaged Item Exchange and Return:
Your order is very important to us! It will be carefully packed and inspected to assure your satisfaction. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, here's how:
If your package arrive damaged or comes with flaw in material or workmanship, please email us at return@stringmall.com with detail description of the damage or the flaw within 3 days of receipt. We will issue a prepaid packing slip with Return Authorization number. Please follow the instruction.
- Please email our Customer Service Department your order number at return@stringmall.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Using this number will help ensure a prompt and accurate credit.
- Fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your invoice, you can print the
online version
of our return form. Complete the information about the item(s) you are returning, the reason for the return, and what you would like in exchange for the item (choose refund or exchange).
- Package the item(s) carefully and with the appropriate padding. Be sure to include the return form with your returned item(s).
- Seal the box well and affix one of the return labels (attached to the return form) to the outside of the box. Fasten the mailing label securely with cellophane tape.
- You may ship your package back to us via UPS, or United States Postal Service. We suggest that you use UPS as packages are tracked from the shipping point to our warehouse. We also suggest that you insure your package for its full value. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error.
