International Orders
We ship strings and small accessories to most countries.
Please contact us for violin and viola cases.
No International shipping for cello cases.
Instruction:
1. Use zip code 36205 in the shopping cart page and click “check-out”.
2. During checking out, please use your international address in the “address area”, please ignore the city and state.
3. Fill in your credit card information and click on “same as shipping address” .
4. Once we receive your order, we will send you a final invoice with the shipping charge. (you can choose from
international priority or EMS)
5. Upon your agreement, we will process the order and send it to you.
Customs:
We are required to list the contents of all international packages and the exact total value of your shipment, even if the order is a gift. Any customs, taxes or import duties are your responsibility and are levied once the package reaches your country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or by similar authorities. Orders are not returnable or refundable because of unexpected customs duties or other taxes. If you refuse delivery of the order, String Mall will not refund your payment.
